Our insolvency lawyers, which include a number of authorised insolvency practitioners, have worked on many of the major insolvencies over the past decade.

We advise and act in a range of contentious insolvency matters. On the corporate side, we act for office holders, companies, directors, shareholders and creditors in proceedings including liquidations, administrations, voluntary arrangements and related shareholder actions. We also have extensive experience of acting in bankruptcy proceedings, particularly where there are international dimensions.

Recently, we have been involved with innovative turnaround and restructuring work, particularly in the insurance and financial services sectors. A large proportion of our insolvency work is international in nature and we have a strong network of contacts around the globe. Languages spoken by the insolvency team include French, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
