We regularly advise on large and complex corporate transactions in the £50m to £200m range, as well as on both larger and smaller transactions. These include flotations and other equity issues; company acquisitions and disposals; business and asset transfers, management buy-outs, joint ventures, restructurings and demergers. Our clients include public and private companies, clearing and investment banks and a range of specialist funds, institutions and individuals.

Our involvement over the years in a number of large and high-profile corporate finance transactions has equipped us with considerable experience in project managing important and complex deals whilst enabling us to carry through medium-sized and smaller transactions with a high level of efficiency.

We advise corporate clients in the context of their day to day activities - on issues such as corporate governance, directors' duties, compliance with applicable law and regulation, including Stock Exchange regulation, constitutional matters and shareholder issues. The firm also offers specialist market knowledge in relation to corporate transactions involving the insurance industry.
