Commercial Litigation
Our Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice includes a number of trained arbitrators, mediators and solicitor advocates. We advise multinationals, government organisations and foreign lawyers on the full range of commercial disputes that frequently include a cross-border element.

Our aim is to resolve disputes in the manner best designed to achieve our clients' business objectives and we are committed to the use of ADR where appropriate.

The team includes general commercial litigators and experts in employment, insolvency and public international law.

We are recommended in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and The Legal 500 and our partners are individually recommended in these and other publications.

"My work to date in the Commercial Litigation department has been extremely diverse.  It has included acting on a multi-million pound bribery claim involving a significant element of cross-border collaboration; preparing a high profile money laundering case for trial; and undertaking numerous research memos on subjects such as deep-sea mining regulations, oil production contracts and the duties of shadow directors.

The international range of work that I have been exposed to has been significant and the quality of work delegated to me has far exceeded all my expectations."
